This is a $90M strategic segment that designs and manufacturers engineered products sold to OEM markets globally. Growth has come from product and new business development, expanding customer base, reinvestment into infrastructure, international expansion, and acquisitions. Looking for a finance leader with strong business acumen and knowledge of product development and costing, manufacturing, supply chain, business development, and continuous improvement.
Partner with VP/GM on overall strategy, expansion plans, margin improvement, performance of business units, acquisition due diligence/integration, problem solving, deliverables and P/L management. Lead an established finance team. Key areas of responsibilities:
- Partner with VP/GM on short/long range strategic planning and infrastructure buildout
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, business analytics, KPIs, and metrics
- Partner with manufacturing and supply chain on OTD, BOM, inventory management, capital expenditures, optimization, demand forecasting, etc.
- Team with sales on pricing, margin management, and forecasting
- Collaborate with engineering on budget, product costs, and deliverables.
- Contribute on continuous improvement initiatives (i.e., working capital improvements, automation, demand planning, cost savings)
- Prepare financial reporting and ensure compliance (i.e., ASC 606)
- Partner on working capital improvements and investments
- Lead and mentor finance team
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong business acumen, a P/L mentality, and the drive to make a difference. Be groomed for VP Finance role.
REQUIREMENTS: CPA or MBA wanted. Seek 8 years of business experience that most recently includes financial leadership of an engineered products manufacturer serving OEM markets.
REWARD: $180,000 to $210,000 DOE plus 15% bonus & 10% LTIP, excellent benefits
