Job Duties:
- Ensure high-quality, compliant programs by meeting performance standards and overseeing contracts, grants and regulatory requirements
- Lead continuous improvement efforts by partnering with quality and compliance teams to identify needs, solve problems, and elevate service delivery
- Monitor outcomes and manage risk to ensure systems are in place to track program impact and maintain safe effective services
- Provide strong leadership to managers and staff, to cultivate a positive, results-driven culture that supports growth and accountability
- Oversee staffing and talent development, including hiring, coaching and participating in succession planning to grow future leaders
- Represent the organization externally as a liaison to community partners, funders, regulators, and other key stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree in related field with 5 years of related experience, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10 years of related experience also accepted
- Proven ability to lead and motivate staff and collaborate effectively with senior leadership
