Established practice in Johnson City has a new opening for an Associate.
Permanent/fulltime/In-person.
This is a high-end practice that only accepts PPO and Fee for Service.

Who is a fit for this opportunity:
- Candidates must have worked the previous two years, or more, outside of any training environment.
- Because you are going to be taking over an established patient panel, we need someone with experience and who can hit the ground running.
- Must be a clear communicator, efficient in your pace and treatments, professional, marketable, and confident in your treatment planning.
- We are private, for-profit, and without academic ties. We do not qualify for any visa sponsorship.
Skillset required:
- We are predominately a traditional bread and butter practice.
- Keep some simple Endo but refer most.
- Lots of crown and bridge.
- Surgical extractions are required but we would never ask you to do anything outside of your comfort zone or to attempt something better suited for a specialist.
- We do not currently place implants but if you are proficient at implant placement you are welcome to keep.
