Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Replenishment Associate to join our dynamic warehouse and retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels to support seamless store operations and customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on replenishing stock, managing inventory control processes, and supporting the overall flow of merchandise from receiving to sales floors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in warehouse operations, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.
Duties
- Replenish merchandise on sales floors and storage areas efficiently, ensuring product availability at all times.
- Utilize RF scanners for accurate inventory tracking and stock management
- Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including verifying shipments, inspecting goods, and updating inventory records.
- Maintain organized storage areas through proper merchandising techniques and regular cleaning.
- Support inventory control by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Assist with packaging products for shipment or sale, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries related to product availability and stock levels.
Schedule : 7am- 6:30pm 4 days a week
Requirements
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, retail stocking, or grocery store environments preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanner technology.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control tasks.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform manual tasks regularly.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions.
