Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AV IT Support Analyst to provide Tier 2 technical support and manage audio-visual systems for live events and enterprise environments. The candidate will handle installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AV equipment along with desktop and network support.
Key Skills Required:
Audio-Visual (AV) setup: projectors, microphones, Teams Rooms, video conferencing
Microsoft Teams / Zoom support
Tier 2 Desktop Support (Windows, hardware, peripherals)
Troubleshooting AV IT systems
LAN/WAN, printers, and workstation support
Microsoft Office / Outlook (enterprise environment)
Service Desk ticketing tools
Responsibilities:
Install & support AV systems (conference rooms, events)
Provide Tier 2 support & resolve complex tickets
Support Teams/Zoom meetings & digital signage
Troubleshoot PCs, peripherals, and network devices
Maintain documentation & service records
Assist in IT projects and workstation support
Requirements:
AV support experience (professional environment)
Strong troubleshooting skills (AV IT)
Experience with Windows OS & enterprise tools
Good communication & customer support skills
