We are looking for a bookkeeper and office assistant with good knowledge of QuickBooks and communication with customers.
Job Description:
- Entering data into QuickBooks
- Creating quotes, orders, and invoices in QuickBooks
and sending them to customers and suppliers.
- Creating and updating tracking charts for orders and invoices in Excel
- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Ordering and shipping small parts
- Keep updating the inventory in Excel
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of QuickBooks
- Good knowledge of Excel
Working hours:
Flexible working time 3-5 hours per day during regular working time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
