Job Title: Automotive Deals Bookkeeper/Biller
Location: Palm Harbor, FL
Department: Accounting
Reports To: Office Manager/Controller
Job Summary:
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for Tasca Automotive Group, including bookkeeping sales transactions, applying for rebates and maintaining schedules. This role is crucial in ensuring that the company’s financial operations are efficient and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deal’s transactions, including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
- · Recording sales in a daily recap utilizing excel documents.
- · Reporting vehicle sales, maintenance of rebate schedules.
- · Compliance: Ensure all financial practices are compliant with industry regulations, company policies, and generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- · Support Audits: Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
- · Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- · Experience: 3 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass all pre-employment background checks and pre-employment drug screen
· Skills:
- · - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- · - Experience with CDK accounting software helpful, but will train the right person
- · - Experience with Microsoft office and excel.
- · - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Compensation:

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
