Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed life sciences company seeking a VP Accounting & Finance to lead financial operations and serve as a key partner to the CEO, COO, and PE sponsor.
This is a hands-on role for a finance leader who wants to build, not just maintain. You'll drive visibility into costs and inventory management, support board and audit committee reporting, and play an active role in M&A diligence and integration as the Company scales.
What you'll do:
- Oversee financial operations including AR, AP, payroll, tax, and inventory valuation
- Lead month-end close and FP&A, including a rolling 13-week liquidity forecast, internal reporting, and annual budgeting
- Manage the annual audit process and lender relationships
- Guide the transition to a modern ERP platform
- Recruit and lead a finance team that scales with the business
What we're looking for:
- CPA or MBA highly preferred
- A finance leader from a high-growth company (PE-backed a plus) with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong FP&A and financial control instincts, with the ability to improve visibility and decision-making across a growing business
- ERP transition or systems implementation experience highly preferred

Salary : $180,000 - $220,000
