General Manager – Full-Service Restaurant & Bar | Rochester, MN
We're seeking an experienced General Manager for a well-established, high-volume full-service restaurant and bar concept in Rochester, MN. This is a polished, guest-focused environment with a full bar program and a strong local reputation.
What you'll do:
- Lead all front-of-house operations, driving guest experience, team culture, and daily execution
- Partner closely with a strong back-of-house culinary team already in place
- Own P&L performance, labor management, and cost controls
- Build, coach, and retain a high-performing management team
- Uphold brand standards across service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction
What we're looking for:
- 3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant with a bar program
- A true hospitality mindset, guest experience forward, always
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, someone who can develop talent and hold a team accountable
- Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
- A track record of financial and operational ownership
- Must pass criminal background check
