Investment Banking Analyst - New York, NY
We are seeking a driven Investment Banking Analyst to join our New York office. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of investment banking experience and a strong foundation in M&A execution and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of sell‑side and buy‑side M&A transactions and strategic advisory engagements
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses (e.g., DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions)
- Prepare client‑facing materials, including pitch decks, investment memoranda, and management presentations
- Conduct industry, company, and financial analysis to support transaction execution and business development
- Manage data rooms, diligence requests, and coordination with internal teams and external advisors
- Work closely with Associates and senior bankers in fast‑paced, lean deal teams
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of investment banking experience (M&A experience strongly preferred)
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and perform under tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree required
