Position Overview

Seeking a strategic, commercially driven Regional Sales Manager to accelerate growth across key domestic markets and customer channels. This leader will drive sales performance, strengthen customer partnerships, identify new market opportunities, and lead initiatives that expand market share and profitability.



The ideal candidate combines strong CPG or food industry sales expertise with a consultative, relationship-first approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. This role is highly visible and offers the opportunity to influence both regional growth strategy and long-term commercial initiatives. This position reports directly to the Regional Sales Director
