Locations: Must live in or around the Louisville, KY area
Salary: 87,000-120,000 based on experience
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to operational leaders, driving people strategies that fuel business performance. This role leads and supports a full spectrum of human resources initiatives, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and compliance.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Provides human resources (HR) consultation to a designated business unit
- Uses working knowledge of the business to provide HR support and guidance.
- Partners directly with business leaders to define and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives and key initiatives.
- Analyzes trends and develops strategies to resolve HR issues and make a positive impact on business results.
- Leads organizational assessments that convert strategies into result-driven actions.
- Provides change-management support as needed. Acts as a liaison with other HR functions.
- Up to 25% travel outside IN will be required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years of multidisciplinary human resources experience
- PHR or SPHR (Preferred)
- 3 years with an HRIS system (Preferred)
