POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for helping us achieve our hiring goals by identifying ways to optimize and expedite our hiring process and proactively support both internal hiring needs, and other subsidiaries as needed Key fundamentals of this role include developing the trust and confidence necessary to help our team navigate data driven hiring decisions, managing job descriptions and postings, and leading the interview process through full-cycle recruiting. The successful incumbent will possess a breadth of knowledge in these areas, leverage AI and recruitment technology to drive efficiency and candidate quality, and demonstrate the ability to work and collaborate effectively within a highly team-centric environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO!
- Hit recruitment goals on a monthly basis by target start date, and support other roles that may be falling behind
- Execute strategic planning that tailors hiring, benefits, career development, succession planning and employee policies to help drive business goals
- Bring innovative ideas for how we can improve the interview process for both internal hiring managers and candidates
- Proactively identify ways to make us more competitive from a recruitment standpoint and attract higher levels of talent
- Assist with the onboarding of new TA Specialists by serving as an onboarding mentor
- Leverage AI and emerging recruitment technology to transform how we identify, evaluate, and advance talent across all open roles
- Conduct interview training to set expectations and hold them accountable to the correct process and behaviors
- Deliver a white glove candidate and hiring manager experience that reflects our brand at every touchpoint in the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to develop role profiles, interview frameworks, and structured evaluation criteria prior to launch
WHAT YOU KNOW!
- Ability to manage a high volume of priority roles for roles that range from entry level to Executive roles
- Can serve as the designated recruiter for complex & technical positions that may require more sourcing and realignment with the hiring managers
- Ability to hold hiring managers accountable to selecting candidates that are in alignment with the organization, and can push back where needed to be a gatekeeper for the culture
- Ability to coordinate a high volume of interviews that may need to be scheduled with the Executive team, in an organized manner
- Can reduce the amount of second & final interviews required before a role is closed through expert knowledge of the technical competencies required
- Mastery understanding of how to evaluate candidates from a culture standpoint to determine alignment
- Ability to expedite the interview process by finding ways to move candidates through quickly
- Embodies a high level of business acumen to recruit higher quality talent that will be retained in the organization
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years full cycle recruitment experience; executive search exposure preferred
- Experience in a startup or hyper growth environment strongly preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be on-site at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters; this is not a remote role
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
