Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Supports employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Manages full‑cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assists in the design and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Maintains accurate, confidential, and up‑to‑date employee records and HRIS data.

Qualifications & Education
