Desired Skills and Experience
• 8 years of experience with a commercial general contractor with reputable firms
• Experience delivering high-end, luxury retail, or similarly detail-driven projects
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and overall project execution
• Comfortable working in design-focused, fast-paced environments
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
