Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Leadership
- Lead day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Maintain and enhance HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook content.
- Oversee benefits administration, leave management, and compensation processes in partnership with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Shared Services Ownership (Finance & IT)
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless shared services delivery.
- Partner with Finance on budgeting, payroll accuracy, headcount reporting, and workforce analytics.
- Collaborate with IT to support HRIS systems, technology rollouts, access management, and digital workplace improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline cross‑departmental workflows and improve service levels.
Project Management & Operational Excellence
- Lead and manage cross‑functional projects, including system implementations, process redesign, policy rollouts, and organizational initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and communication strategies; ensure milestones are met.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, employee experience, and operational alignment.
- Track KPIs and deliver data‑driven insights to leadership.
Employee Experience & Culture

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (PHR/SPHR/SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP) preferred.
- 5 years of progressive HR experience, including HR generalist or HR business partner responsibilities.
- Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating shared services functions (Finance, IT, or Operations).
- Strong project management background; PMP or similar certification a plus.
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and comfort working with data and systems.
