We’re looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR operations, ensure compliance, manage employee relations, and support the growth and engagement of our team for a large operation of 1,000 employees.
In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on leader, managing the full spectrum of HR activities including investigations, compliance, training, payroll, and team development. You will partner closely with business leaders to promote an environment of fairness, transparency, and high performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead & Manage a high-performing HR team, providing coaching, guidance, and professional development.
- Oversee Employee Relations by conducting thorough, objective investigations and resolving complex workplace issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ensure Legal & Policy Compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; maintain up-to-date policies and HR procedures.
- Drive Training & Development Programs to build leadership capability, reinforce company values, and strengthen employee engagement.
- Administer Payroll & HR Systems to ensure accurate, timely processing and data integrity.
- Partner with Business Leaders to identify talent needs, workforce planning initiatives, and retention strategies.
- Promote a Positive Workplace Culture by modeling integrity, respect, and accountability in all interactions.
- Report & Analyze HR Metrics to support continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience leading employee relations investigations and resolving complex HR issues.
- Strong working knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
- Experience managing payroll operations and HRIS systems.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence, build trust, and lead through change in a fast-paced environment.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification strongly preferred.
