Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior bankers in the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions within the technology industry.
- Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation analyses, and industry research.
- Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
- Assist in due diligence processes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the technology sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of investment banking experience with at least one closed transaction.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (e.g., Capital IQ, Bloomberg).
