Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Management and Acquisition:
- Oversee recruitment strategies for office and plant operations roles, ensuring engagement with diverse hiring pools
- Implement employee retention programs to support both office staff and skilled operations workers
- Employee Relations:
- Act as the primary HR contact for employee concerns; mediate conflicts effectively to maintain a healthy workplace environment.
- Ensure consistent communication between office employees and operations staff to support team cohesion and a collaborative culture.
- Compliance and Policy Administration:
- Develop and update HR policies in alignment with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other regulations relevant to plant operations.
- Learning & Development:
- Create and manage training programs that address the distinct needs of office staff and plant personnel.
- Promote upskilling opportunities to support employee career growth across all departments, keeping company competitive in talent development.
