What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Manager position at Acupath Laboratories Inc.?
Acupath Laboratories is looking for a Human Resources Manager that knows what they’re doing.
That’s where you come in.
You’ll own the entire people function end-to-end. That means:
- Process payroll.
- Be the keeper of all things Paycom.
- Administer 401k.
- Be able to explain our benefits to people so that they can actually understand what you’re saying.
- Keep us legal and legit. (Make sure we follow Dept of Labor standards. Ensure all employees complete their required trainings).
- Do you understand 1095-C’s? Good.
- E-Verify. I-9’s. W-4's.
- Handle all unemployment claims and Workers Comp audits.
- There’s probably more but this was a good starting point.
You’re the right fit if:
- You’ve run HR for a 50–200 person company and nothing fazes you anymore.
