Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute sales strategies to surpass $75M annual revenue targets.
  • Lead and scale a high-performance sales team across enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Cultivate C-level relationships with Fortune 500 clients in tech and finance.
  • Partner with marketing to align go-to-market strategies for new product launches.
  • Leverage CRM analytics (e.g., Salesforce) to optimize sales pipelines.

Qualifications:

  • 12 years of B2B tech sales leadership, with 5 years at the VP level.
  • Proven success closing $50M deals in enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Exceptional negotiation and client management skills.
  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms and sales forecasting.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA a plus.
