The fund runs a broad alternative credit mandate spanning litigation finance, esoteric ABS, specialty finance, and other structured investments, and is well regarded for the depth and creativity of its origination and underwriting capabilities. Responsibilities
- Analyzing and underwriting litigation finance investments (consumer, commercial, and other legal asset strategies)
- Fundamental credit analysis, financial modeling, and structuring work across litigation finance and related specialty verticals
- Conducting due diligence and developing investment recommendations for presentation to senior investment professionals
- Helping build out an origination network of law firms, brokers, and other counterparties to source investment opportunities
- Monitoring portfolio positions and engaging with claimants' counsel, servicers, and other transaction counterparties
Background
- 2 to 6 years' experience in litigation finance, alternative credit, or structured/asset-backed finance
- Direct exposure to litigation finance or other esoteric asset classes preferred (legal assets, specialty finance, or similar niche verticals)
- Strong financial modeling skills, credit analysis preferred, but not essential, with an interest in deal structuring
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills
Salary : $150,000 - $215,000
