What You Will Do
The Director of Accounting will lead and oversee all core accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger, fixed assets, financial reporting, and internal controls. This role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant financial information while driving continuous process improvements across the accounting function.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead daily operations of accounting teams—including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, and Payroll—through supervision of managers and senior staff.
- Oversee the monthly financial close process and ensure all financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Prepare and review reporting packages, annual consolidated US GAAP financial statements, and other internal or external management reports.
- Strengthen and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets, reduce risk, and support compliance initiatives.
- Manage quarterly reviews and annual financial audits performed by external auditors, including compliance with internal control frameworks.
- Partner with executive leadership and business units to support strategic decision-making, forecasts, and analysis of non-recurring or complex accounting matters.
- Enhance, design, and maintain the general ledger structure and accounting systems, collaborating closely with IT and cross-functional teams to optimize data flow and system efficiency.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, auditors, subsidiaries, and external partners.
- Provide effective leadership through coaching, training, and performance management to develop a high-performing accounting team.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with at least 5 years directly related to corporate accounting.
- 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong technical accounting background and familiarity with modern financial systems and data processing applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead teams through change and growth.

Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
