Role Overview
Our Client is seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to join their team on a contract basis through the end of August. This role supports the actualization and forecasting of central costs managed across marketing and supply chain functions, and requires someone who is proactive, personable, and comfortable working directly with non-finance stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Actualize central costs managed by the marketing and supply chain teams
- Partner directly with budget operators to gather inputs and determine whether forecast adjustments are required
- Actualize models and input data into customized internal financial systems
- Perform high-level variance analysis to identify anomalies and flag items requiring deeper investigation
- Conduct ad hoc budgeting work as needed
- Communicate findings and updates clearly to non-finance stakeholders across the organization
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of professional FP&A experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage confidently with non-finance colleagues
- Ability to independently identify when numbers look off and proactively ask the right questions
- Strong Excel skills - comfortable working "in the weeds" with large data sets, pulling / extracting / cleansing data
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the entertainment industry
This is a fully on-site position, working 5 days per week in Glendale, CA.
