The Dispatcher plays a vital role in coordinating security operations by managing communication between security personnel, clients, law enforcement, and emergency responders. This position ensures efficient deployment of security staff, timely response to incidents, and accurate record-keeping, all while maintaining high levels of professionalism and adherence to legal and industry standards.

The Security Dispatcher is an entry-level, customer-service driven position that requires excellent communication and professionalism. Responding and relaying messages, tracking/monitoring vehicles and officers, and being able to work in a high-pressure environment are just a few of the necessary duties and skills needed. Minimum Qualifications for this role:

• Act as the first point of contact for all calls including emergency and non-emergency calls
• Receive, respond, transmit, and log all calls using a clear, concise, and professional voice/attitude
• Ability to deal with varying levels of personality traits and maintain professionalism and self-control
• Working knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office software is required
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills is required
• Maintain consistent communication with a supervisor as needed
• Relay information to appropriate personnel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Performs a wide variety of dispatch duties, including continuous CCTV live surveillances of multiple assigned sites
• Working knowledge of eHub to adjust scheduling or ability to learn new software programs as needed
• Uses Officer Metrics software to monitor officer activity during all shifts for all officer posts
• Clearly understand and utilize all given resources and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Solid work ethic with a high level of integrity
• May be tasked with other job duties not listed above
• Bilingual/Biliterate is a plus
• Dispatch and/or security experience is preferred

Employment is conditioned on a successful completion of a background check.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• College degree is preferred.

• The job is generally performed in an office environment
• The employee must be able to concentrate on details, work under deadline pressures, apply sound logic and judgment, and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
• Must be able to clearly speak, read, and write English.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide documentation showing authorization to work in the U.S.
• Employment is conditioned on successful completion of a background check.
• If prior military, must provide DD214 discharge document with discharge status upon job offer
