Schedule
- Day Shift CNA
- Every other weekend required
- Full-time schedule with consistent hours
- Provide direct patient care / resident care (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding
- Assist with transfers, mobility, and fall prevention
- Respond to call lights and patient needs promptly
- Support residents with dementia care and behavioral health needs
- Maintain infection control standards and resident safety
- Document care and report changes in condition to nurse (RN/LPN)
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)
- Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care / Rehabilitation
- Residents with high-acuity, dementia, and behavioral health conditions
- Fast-paced, team-based clinical setting
- Hands-on role requiring physical activity and time management
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Experience in long-term care, nursing home, rehab, or memory care preferred
- Strong skills in patient care, communication, and teamwork
- Ability to manage behavioral residents and high-demand workloads
- Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled shifts and weekends
