What we’re looking for:
· We’re looking for a communications consultant with 3 years of experience specializing in internal communications and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
· This person will support a department of approximately 500 employees creating effective internal messaging and high-quality visual content to enhance engagement and clarity.
What you’ll be doing:
· Support the development and execution of communication strategies that align with business goals and change initiatives.
· Create clear and engaging content for various channels, including digital, print, video, and social media.
· Design and produce visual materials such as presentations, infographics, brochures, and newsletters using Adobe Creative Suite.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
· Manage day-to-day internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
· Assist in maintaining corporate communication platforms and tools.
· Help analyse audience needs to tailor messages and design effectively.
· Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate with design and content teams.
· Track communication effectiveness through feedback and metrics, adjusting as needed.
· Ensure communications follow corporate standards and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
· 3 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or design roles.
· Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation.
· Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite Canva) and communication platforms.
· Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Bonus if you have (Preferred):
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
Interview:
· Single round, 45-minute Panel MS Teams session. (Would have to present the portfolio and walkthrough it in the interview)
RM Notes:
· All the submissions must have portfolio/work samples.
· Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Experience with execution of communication strategies, SharePoint site management, Creative asset development (e.g., creative library).
· Strong verbal and written communication and creative skills.
· 2–5 years of experience in corporate communication, marketing communications, Internal communications experience required.
· Advertising agency background NOT suitable.
· Role involves significant administrative work and limited creative responsibilities.
· Strong ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency.
· Adaptability to changing project needs required.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $53.65 per hour
