What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a communications consultant with 3 years of experience specializing in internal communications and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
This person will support a department of approximately 500 employees creating effective internal messaging and high-quality visual content to enhance engagement and clarity.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the development and execution of communication strategies that align with business goals and change initiatives.
- Create clear and engaging content for various channels, including digital, print, video, and social media.
- Design and produce visual materials such as presentations, infographics, brochures, and newsletters using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
- Manage day-to-day internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
- Assist in maintaining corporate communication platforms and tools.
- Help analyse audience needs to tailor messages and design effectively.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate with design and content teams.
- Track communication effectiveness through feedback and metrics, adjusting as needed.
- Ensure communications follow corporate standards and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves):
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in corporate communications, marketing, or design roles.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation.
- Proficiency with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite Canva) and communication platforms.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
