Location: Knoxville, TN

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Position Summar

yWe are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support inventory, receiving, reporting, and operational activities across multiple field locations. This role will work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate material receipts, minimize billing and receiving discrepancies, maintain reporting metrics, and support inventory management processes

.The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with supply chain or operational data within ERP systems

.Key Responsibilitie

• sProcess and validate financial receipts for materials supporting multiple field locations
• .Partner with finance teams to review reports and help reduce receiving and billing errors
• .Generate and distribute performance metrics and operational reports
• .Support inventory management activities, including obtaining and validating physical inventory counts when needed
• .Maintain accurate records and documentation within company systems
• .Monitor and manage email communications and requests in a timely manner
• .Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions
• .Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and data integrity
• .Assist with process improvements and administrative support activities as assigned

.Required Qualification

• sMinimum of 1 year of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory control, operations, or a related field
• .Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
• .Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• .Experience managing high-volume email communications using Outlook
• .Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• .Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
• .Strong organizational and time management skills
• .Ability to interpret operational, financial, and technical information

.Preferred Qualification

• sExperience using Oracle or similar ERP systems
• .Knowledge of order management processes
• .Experience working within supply chain, inventory, procurement, or logistics environments
• .Familiarity with inventory reconciliation and reporting
