  • Work with IACMI’s Program Admin & Contracting Team (PACT) to streamline processes for procurement, sourcing, and delivery planning to ensure program materials, supplies, and equipment are delivered on time and in a cost-effective manner.

  • Help standardize and improve inventory, distribution, shipping, fulfillment, and material-tracking practices across multiple workforce development initiatives.
  • Support coordination of equipment delivery and related logistics for ACE and METAL sites, including opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
  • Collaborate with other departments within IACMI to align logistics operations with program goals, schedules, site needs, and participant experience.
  • Work with IACMI’s Accounting team to select and implement an inventory management system that meets the needs for accurate and timely financial reporting of raw materials and finished goods, improves tracking of materials ordered and received, fulfillment, and overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Work with IACMI’s PACT team to communicate logistics training, best practices, and process improvement information to staff
  • Work on continuous improvement initiatives related to supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, and operational workflows across programs and events
  • Track and report key logistics and supply chain metrics, trends, savings, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership.
  • Support the development of scalable systems and processes that support future program growth and expansion.
