Overview
CTG is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator III to support a large-scale, EVMS-compliant software integration initiative. This role is critical in coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting project controls, and ensuring alignment across cost, schedule, risk, and performance metrics through integrated reporting tools.
Location: Richland, WA
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities across Risk, Project Controls, IS, Supply Chain, and contractor teams
- Support development and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Monitor project performance and report on scope, schedule, and cost changes
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and maintain clear project communications
- Assist with implementation of Power BI dashboards for real-time project insights
- Support governance updates, policy alignment, and process improvements
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Assist with invoicing, accruals, and financial reconciliation
- Contribute to risk identification, mitigation planning, and compliance efforts
Required Skills:
- Strong project coordination and project controls experience (schedule, cost, reporting)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and work management systems
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience; OR
- Associate degree with 3 years of experience; OR
- High School Diploma/GED with 7 years of experience
- Experience supporting complex, multi-disciplinary projects required
- PMP or CAPM certification preferred

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $61.00 to $69.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
