Location: Corning, NY
Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Corning, NY, this is currently a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely.
Pay Rate: $15.96/hr.-$17.87/hr
Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Education: 2-year associate’s degree or work experience equivalent preferred

Description:
The Internal Customer Service Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for internal customers and department representatives, focusing on providing professional and efficient assistance. The role involves acting as a liaison between various departments, managing conference room scheduling, processing work orders, and supporting internal events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to internal customers via phone, email, and Teams.
- Facilitate communication between internal customers and other departments to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
- Manage conference room reservations and setup requests using specialized scheduling software.
- Process and enter work orders in designated software, collaborating with service partners for timely completion.
- Assist department groups in planning and executing internal events.
- Maintain accurate records of requests, orders, and communications.
- Deliver high-quality service while adhering to company policies and standards.
Education:
- 2-year degree (preferably in business-related fields).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for building positive relationships across all organizational levels.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail.
- Technical proficiency with scheduling and work order software, or aptitude for learning new systems quickly.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or administrative support role preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond effectively to changing priorities.
Pay: $15.96 - $17.87 per hour
