Logistics Representative

OverviewCTG is seeking to fill a Logistics Representative position for our client.Location: Pittsburgh, PADuration: 12 monthsPay Rate: $26.00/hourDuties:Coordinate and tender bulk transportation shipments, including order changes, to ensure efficient product movement and equipment balance.Work closely with order management teams, shipping sites, carriers, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.Monitor daily operations at third-party facilities across the U.S. and Canada to ensure timely, accurate shipments.Process inbound and outbound inventory transactions in SAP ERP.Resolve logistics issues and maintain inventory and asset accuracy.Develop, audit, and support logistics operating procedures for warehouses, terminals, and transload operations.Train and support 3PL personnel and participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.Support accurate and timely payment of distribution service invoices.Provide backup support across warehousing and transportation operations as needed.Skills & Experience:2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations.Working knowledge of SAP ERP or similar logistics/inventory systems.Experience coordinating with carriers and 3PL providers.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Education:BA/BS in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or a high school diploma with 2–5 years of relevant experience.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee based recruitment services for this role.To Apply:To be considered, please apply directly to this requisition using the link provided.
