Overview
We are hiring a Senior DevOps Architect with deep, hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and implementing modern DevOps workflows, not just strategy or oversight.
Candidates must have a strong background in DevOps engineering and architecture with proven experience building and maintaining GitHub Actions pipelines in production environments.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Partner with development teams to improve build, test, and deployment workflows
- Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform or similar IaC tools
- Support cloud-native environments across AWS and/or Azure
- Drive automation, reliability, and scalability across the software delivery lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and optimize pipelines, deployments, and cloud infrastructure
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience
- Current or recent experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer or DevOps Architect
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions (required – no exceptions)
- Strong experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Experience working in AWS and/or Azure environments
Additional Requirements
- Must be located in EST or CST time zones (remote eligible)
- Open to candidates willing to relocate to Pittsburgh, PA
- No C2C candidates will be considered
