The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and release coordination, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Solid understanding of Agile software delivery and methodology
- Experience maintaining and organizing team backlogs
- Knowledge of release planning and delivery forecasting
- Ability to build roadmaps and track milestones
- Experience working between Product Owners/Managers and development teams
- Collaboration with Architecture and Design teams
- Lead efforts to gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

- Support data migration activities from First Bank to PNC
- Drive backlog refinement and prioritization, shaping the delivery roadmap
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for Agile practices
- Coordinate release management, including scheduling and documentation updates
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticket tracking and release management
- Bachelor’s degree required (Management Information Systems, Business Technology, or related field)
