- Location: Allen, Texas (2 days onsite)
- Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday - 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM (CST)
- Contract: W2 only, 3 months (with the possibility to extend to hire)
- Pay: $27 /hour
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high?availability incident response for remote?hosted and cloud?enabled customer environments
- Monitor networks and systems remotely; detect, triage, and respond to events and alerts
- Manage incidents, changes, and problems using ServiceNow
- Restore service for customer?impacting incidents within defined SLA targets
- Collaborate with higher?tier subject matter experts on complex troubleshooting efforts
- Provide customer?facing technical support via phone, email, and web portal
- Communicate clearly with customers and internal stakeholders during service?impacting events
- Coordinate and manage vendor tickets to support incident resolution
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of IP networking and interoperability standards.
- 1 years of experience troubleshooting IP network connectivity.
- 1 years of experience troubleshooting service and hardware errors generated by: Routers, Switches, Terminal devices, Servers, Endpoints.
- Working knowledge of networking protocols such as: VPN, BGP, MPLS, SIP.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and interpret network drawings (e.g., Visio drawings).
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Network Operations or Telecommunications industry experience.
- Cisco CCST or CCNA certification (plus).
- ITIL Certification.
- AWS Cloud surveillance.
