SaaS Implementation Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Specialist, Platform Innovation – Launch to support onboarding, launch, and scaling efforts for a fast-growing platform within the organization. This role is highly dynamic, combining fieldwork, strategy execution, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver an exceptional experience for restaurant partners.

You will play a critical role in onboarding new merchants, optimizing their experience, and ensuring successful adoption of digital tools and platform solutions. This position requires frequent travel to merchant locations across the region and nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with restaurant merchants to enhance their onboarding and overall platform experience
• Develop and execute onboarding strategies to ensure seamless merchant integration
• Conduct hands-on, in-store training for merchant teams on platform tools and systems
• Create training materials to support adoption and ongoing merchant success
• Configure and implement digital ordering and SaaS-based solutions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Product, Analytics, and Account Management teams
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance merchant workflows and maximize performance
• Deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or customer support
• Strong customer-facing and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
• Ability to travel frequently and work in a hybrid environment
• Spanish fluency is a plus
