Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Help Desk Support Specialist to join our on-site support team. This role focuses on configuring new devices and providing hands-on technical support to internal employees. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, basic IT troubleshooting experience, and the ability to support end users in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support by answering Help Desk calls and assisting employees with technical issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application-related problems and provide timely resolutions
- Configure, image, and deploy new devices including laptops, desktops, and iPads
- Support employees with device setup, migrations, password resets, and Microsoft Office applications
