QC Lead Scienist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing of finished products, raw materials, custom projects, and in-process samples
• Develop investigational strategies and write OOS reports
• Lead method development and participate in analytical method validations and technical studies
• Perform instrument qualifications and maintenance/troubleshooting of analytical instruments
• Improve processes, procedures, and systems
• Document work in accordance with MilliporeSigma and regulatory requirements
• Maintain audit readiness with a clean and organized laboratory environment
• Adhere to quality requirements including controlled substance compliance
• Promote safety policies and actively improve laboratory safety practices

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience
• BS in Chemistry or a relevant Life Science field
• MS in Chemistry or a relevant Life Science field
• PhD in Chemistry or a relevant Life Science field
