Key Responsibilities
Manage business analysis activities and requirements for Exposure Management and Credit Risk technology platforms
Support production operations, incident management, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Monitor risk platform operations and identify opportunities for process improvement
Identify automation opportunities and contribute to improving platform reliability and operational efficiency
Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, and global teams to support platform stability and delivery
Support regulatory compliance, audit requirements, and related documentation
