Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status through observation, physical examination, and review of patient records
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed
• Monitor patients' vital signs and condition, responding to changes appropriately
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic health record
• Maintain a safe and clean patient environment
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience
• Associate's Degree
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
