JOB SUMMARY:
The HR Coordinator supports global mobility and immigration processes by coordinating documentation, assisting stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and partners while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft assignment letters, business invitation letters, and support documentation
- Serve as the first point of contact for stakeholders on immigration processes, policies, and timelines
- Maintain and support the recruitment portion of the Green Card process
- Communicate reimbursement policies and procedures to employees
- Assist with onboarding reports and collection of work authorization documents
- Create and format training guides, process maps, and documentation
- Facilitate file transfers between vendors and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct routine audits to maintain data integrity
- Adhere to departmental policies and respond to employee inquiries
- Support special projects as required
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and business information
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional work environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Global Mobility or Immigration processes
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS systems
- Experience creating process documentation or training materials
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
