The Customer Service Support 2 – Customer Enabling role is responsible for managing routine customer order processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing an excellent customer experience. This position focuses on order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment while supporting internal teams to identify and resolve potential obstacles in the order management process. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment handling inbound calls and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide timely information regarding products, orders, and deliveries.
- Support resolution for simple administrative or clerical issues related to order confirmation and fulfillment.
- Assist in identifying and resolving potential obstacles in internal order management processes.
- Communicate order status and issues to internal stakeholders.
- Generate order-related documents as per established procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Logistics, Sales, and Supply Chain.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Support other customer service functions during peak seasons or as assigned.
