Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location: Rib Lake, Wisconsin
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Variable Nights
Schedule: 8-Hour Shifts
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience caring for long-term care residents.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of recent LTC facility experience.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program with an LPN diploma.
- Active Wisconsin LPN license or valid multistate license.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- IV Certification preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
- Flexibility to work variable night shifts.
