- Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating candidate selection.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, including personnel files, benefits enrollment, and time-off requests.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate performance management activities, such as annual reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and workplace productivity.
- Provide guidance and support to management and staff regarding HR best practices and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR processes, and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience in employee training and development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
