Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple company branches
- Administer employee benefits and manage the renewal process
- Onboard new employees and maintain accurate personnel records
- Assist with 401(k) audits and new enrollments
- Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in payroll, benefits administration, or general HR functions
- Comfortable communicating with staff at all levels, including administrators and managers
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
