Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, proactive IT professional to join our Lancaster, OH team. This individual will provide on-site support to employees, collaborating closely with the IT Manager and remote IT departments.

Please note: This is an active, hands-on IT role—not a desk-only position. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the production floor, assisting team members directly, and integrating technology into daily operations.

Responsibilities

· Support and maintain warehouse management software and related hardware

· Provide technical assistance to employees on computers, printers, and software

· Maintain Microsoft server systems and operating systems

· Troubleshoot hardware, Windows, printers, and network-related issues

· Research, test, and implement solutions promptly using available resources

· Identify and escalate urgent issues requiring immediate attention

· Manage IT hardware procurement, configuration, installation, and maintenance (computers, scanners, printers, smartphones, etc.)

· Maintain and repair on-site and remote hardware/software as needed

· Monitor and track data on the glass production line

· Assist on the glass/poly manufacturing line as necessary

· Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Minimum one year of IT experience preferred

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and listening abilities

· Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with IT teams

· Familiarity with Microsoft Ofice programs

· Experience with warehouse or inventory management software is a plus

· Comfort working in a production or warehouse environment

· Clear and professional communication skills (verbal, written, and email)
