Job Summary
As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair new and rebuilt production-line equipment. This role is critical to minimizing downtime, supporting safe operations, and ensuring equipment meets performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and adjustments on production and assembly equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues to minimize downtime
- Install and maintain water, compressed air piping, ductwork, and electrical conduit
- Diagnose equipment failures using diagrams, manuals, and precision measuring instruments
- Repair or replace defective components using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts
- Fabricate parts for in-house use using machine shop tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate maintenance needs across teams
- Monitor equipment inventories and report supply needs
- Promote cost control and safe work practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Working knowledge of three-phase electricity and low-voltage control circuits
- Ability to size electrical wiring based on load requirements
- Welding and fabrication experience
- Above-average math skills including fractions and precision measurement
- Safe operation of standard hand and power tools
Preferred Experience
- Experience with industrial gas furnaces or glass manufacturing equipment
- Experience with thermal oxidizers and control wiring - A MUST
- NFPA 70E – A PLUS!!
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed

- Monday – Friday 5:30am – 2:00pm with 30min unpaid lunch
- Location: Lancaster, OH 43130 (required)
- Relocation to Lancaster, OH required prior to start date
