Compass of Hope is hiring a dependable, compassionate Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to support Hooksett office. This is a great role for someone who enjoys patient care and supporting providers in a calm, structured outpatient setting. We are offering both a part time position with the following required hours:
- Monday: 10:30AM-7:00PM
- Tuesday: 9:00AM-5:30PM
- Wednesday: 10:30AM-7:00PM
- Thursday: 10:30AM-7:00PM
- Friday: 9:00AM-5:30PM
Responsibilities

Assist the Spravato/Ketamine Clinic, working directly with the provider to ensure smooth clinic hours
- Responding to refill requests and pending prescriptions
- Completing all prior authorizations
- Manage medical record requests
- Administrative scheduling including form completion tracking,
- Greeting clients ensuring a warm welcoming presence.
