Compass of Hope is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Supervisor to provide high-quality clinical oversight and support to pre-licensed and intern therapists. This role is responsible for ensuring clinical excellence, ethical compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
The Clinical Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining quality of care by reviewing documentation, providing guidance, and supporting clinical decision-making. Responsibilities include triadic supervision for interns and individual supervision for conditionally licensed therapists, timely review and sign-off of clinical documentation, and escalation of high-risk or complex cases to leadership when appropriate.
This role also requires participation in team and supervisor meetings, maintaining consistent communication with leadership, and contributing to staff development through trainings. The position is primarily flexible and remote, with preferred in-office attendance for scheduled team meetings 2x monthly.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent) in NH, MA and ME (or willingness to do so in MA and ME within 90 days)
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Strong knowledge of ethical standards, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to complete documentation review and sign-offs within required timeframes (24 hours)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to attend required meetings (including scheduled Wednesday meetings)
This is a part-time, hourly position ($75/hour) with a flexible schedule based on supervision needs. Compensation includes supervision time, documentation review, meetings, and other approved responsibilities.
